Running Late?
All clients are allotted a 15 min grace period to appear for their scheduled appointments. once 15 min is met with no prior notice clinets will then be subject to the no show policy
No Show Policy:
A no show occurs after the 15 min grace period has expired and the client has failed show up or reschedule their appointment. After 3 no show appointments clients may be required to prepay for future appointments. No show appointments may be subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service amount.
